After hearing that, people really do have the wrong idea about you. A meritocracy has its benefits. There's less chance of corruption even if there is chance for sabotage.
There's always a chance for sabotage even from the nicest people. [That sounds a little bitter, but.] People seem to think because I supported the idea of murder I'm a sadist. Or something, I don't know, but the thing is that without action there won't be other action. You don't think everybody would just align with a god early on and stay there without thinking of talking to the others if we hadn't done this?
...and everybody gets revived in the end. That's kinder than some other places.
