A world can cater to everyone as long as everyone works for it. What I can't stand are the people who can't do anything for themselves, and expect everyone else to make things perfect for them. I hate people like that.
Everyone was arguing soooo much about who should be in charge. And then we all started swearing divine oaths left and right trying to get the others to promise something that would give us an advantage. A god's word is their bond.

Someone got the bright idea to leave it up to a neutral third party, and got us all to swear to it. So now we don't have any choice but to let this play out however you all choose.
