So you have a rule set out for ties. [Figures. His brows furrow.] Has Senri or some other moron tried to tell you all to rule together?

We had to think of something in case such a situation arose. But no. No one's suggested that to me specifically yet. Why?

Is there a reason all of you didn't to begin with? Because none of you could agree on one?

I don't agree with the idea of co-ruling personally... but some are wondering why none of you co-rule a world with some of all of yourselves in it.

Most likely that, yes. We were all new to the idea of being gods and having a pantheon that we assumed all of our ideas were better than everyone else's. It's been difficult getting all twelve of us to agree on anything.

[He opens his mouth, remembers the rule, and then shuts his mouth again. Mmm.]

What happened before? You said you were new to being gods. When did it happen? Why? Were there gods before you?

Recently, and as for the why or if there were gods before us I really don't know. You can ask the others, but none of us really know. It just sort of happened once we accepted the offer.

[It's not said unkindly, just sort of thinking it over.] You've been trying very hard within the means you've been given. Though the methods aren't the best and I believe there's much to be learned...your efforts should be recognized, at least.

[With an exasperated sigh, he finally looks back up, brows furrowed.]

And for good reason. You don't actually know me. [Shrug.] Likewise, I don't know you outside of what I can see for myself and what others have said about you. My opinion still stands.

Why?

Because despite how poorly all of your attempts have been, you haven't actually killed anyone yet and you're using your resources. I find that to be more impressive than brute strength.

And if I just haven’t killed because nothing has benefited me?

It's not that. [Confidently.] If it was, you wouldn't be so desperately searching for answers and endangering yourself in the process.

[This makes him quiet, of course, face pinched even if he doesn’t take his eyes off Beauty.]

I’ll kill if I have to, but it needs to be worth my time.

...what would you consider worth your time by now, Uchiha-kun? Have your priorities changed at all?

[He frowns again, or maybe he just never stopped frowning at all. He doesn’t want to say the real reason. He doesn’t want to say it the way it should be said.]

I would if someone was trying to get in the way of a peaceful outcome.

[If someone hurt the few he cared about here. He’s an Uchiha, and their love is cursed by their hate. It would be a very bad time, and that is why he tries so very hard to make people hate him.]

Violence to prevent violence then. [Interesting.] I can understand that even if I don't necessarily agree. How would you know if someone was going to be in the way?

It just depends on what information I have. If it’s true.

[Or whether or not it’s technically revenge because he is doing it after the fact when he flips his lid.....]

[Sasuke being in here with Beauty to begin with is so cursed. He gives the god a very quick, almost skeptical once-over, and then he pulls himself up to leave.]

You don't have to be nice for the sake of being nice. Unlike Senri, I'm not afraid of curses.
