I can't really make much myself...but...I guess you could say it reminds me of home, being around other people that can. I feel less like there's nobody else I can relate to, that way.
[Don't ask Sasuke Uchiha to help you name a world. Yikes.]
The village I was from is called Konohagakure. The Village Hidden by Tree Leaves. It's at the base of a mountain inside of a forest. But that's what the village looks like on the outside.
I think the name of your world should represent what kind of world you want it to be.
Don't try copying mine. It's not a village worth imitating. Think of another word for family. Or think of something else you want your world to represent, too. Why "family"?
What is it about family that's so important to you?
[This silences Sasuke for a lot longer than he intended. Initially, he thought the two of them were alike in their desires for a new world. And they still are, in a way. But this is different. This sounds sickeningly familiar.
A certain someone without family, always craving attention, always trying to give it.
It means "spiral." Like a family, starting with you at the center, spinning outward, endless. [It's fine if no one here knows it's connection to the friend he's returning to kill.] The emblem of Konoha...
[From inside the bottom of his shirt near his belt, he pulls out the ninja headband and shows Justice the design carved into the front, the one carved through again with a horizontal line.]
[Quietly, Sasuke looks over the metal of the headband, running his thumb across the rough engraving. Then he folds the ties under and sets the headband in the bowl.]
I want it back when everything is over. Think of it as proof of my loyalty and a reminder for your name. [maybe someone will kill him so he doesn't have to suffer a cute god] Don't wear it when you meet with anyone else.
Do you have your own rules for what should be done to get you more followers? Are the numbers more important than what kind of people are following you?
[Sasuke was today years old when he realized he's got a lot of work to do with this one.]
You're too trusting. You'll never create the world you want believing everything everyone tells you. I could be lying.
What are you going to do if I have to kill some of the others to help you win? Convincing those aligned with Love might not be difficult, but those aligned with Indulgence aren't going to care about just a peaceful world.
[Justice is just...so young. But at least he takes the words to heart, considering honestly.]
You're right. I don't want you to have to kill anybody...but I don't want anyone to kill anybody. Still, it's going to happen anyway, isn't? I think I'm going to end up feeling pretty guilty no matter what happens.
[For some time, Sasuke is thoughtfully quiet. He glances at the bowl, then at Justice and the headband.]
Creating a world of peace won't work unless everyone works together. I'll be the darkness that unites the others, if they won't change their minds. [might as well do it here too rip] I won't be aligned to you formally anyway.
That leaves you to placate the rest by offering them peace and a peaceful world. They'd be more willing to work together with you to find me.
[going full lelouch here]
I also have a request, but I don't know if you can grant it.
[Something about this sounds really shady, but...]
If it's for the greater good, for peace, then I'll do it. It's like a partnership! But...are you sure that you're okay with being that? I mean, what if you get caught?
[it’s fine IT’S FINE everything will end in peace]
It’s something I accept. I’m already alone. [Nevermind his bro. He didn’t ask for that!!!] It’s something I’m willing to do for the success of this mission. If you’re willing to learn how to lead a peaceful world.
Itachi. I want you to give him his sight back. His eyes deteriorated, and he’s blind. He deserves... to see what he could never afford to see. [He frowns.] If there has to be a trade... I’m willing to take it if he can see again here.
[Justice doesn't exactly what to accept that his good and amazing new friend Sasuke has to do something that sounds like it could lead to such loneliness and suffering, but...]
I am willing to learn.
[They take a long breath and let it out in a sigh, hands balling as they think.]
I can do that...but not right now. The only way I'm allowed to grant something like that is if you do something for me first. As far as I'm concerned, you've already done a lot just in this room alone, but the others won't see it that way, and they'll call me a cheater.
[All these rules make everything so complicated.]
If you can convince someone to join me, or give me any kind of proof that you've taken an action to swing the game even remotely in my favor, I can definitely give Itachi back his eyesight.

[And not just because they get lonely, promise.]

If I make offerings to you, is that what you want?

[Someone help SasuKE. His god if some soft, happy child.]
Your world. What are you going to name it?

Something like Family.

Maybe something a little more subtle.

A certain someone without family, always craving attention, always trying to give it.
After some time, he finally says, quietly:]
Call it... "Rasen."

[Following the silence, Justice supposes they can understand that it's an important, heavy word. That immediately makes them like it.]

You won't be copying so blatantly at least.

[It's good that they doesn't know some of the more personal meanings, probably, yeah.]
Then even after the contest is over, I'll always be reminded of how you helped me. Thank you for sharing this with me.

I'll be good to it, I promise. I wouldn't let anything bad happen to something so special.
[I'm glad Justice is a ninja now.]

[Big Strong Sasuke, here to save his disastrous attempt at making a break for first!]
And I think...anyone who would be willing to support a peaceful world is a good person, no matter what!
