I guess... what you're describing, it doesn't sound bad at all. But... well, as long as there's the gods above them, with all the power and stuff, things will never really be equal, you know? We basically are. It's a brand-new world, and we're a brand new Pantheon. There's nothing to rewrite, it's a blank canvas for us to get things painted.

I wasn't really different, except that I was, well, just a regular human. I lead people in school, like, on a team. Nothing this grand and definitely not some kind of bullshit crazy death game.
