You heard them at the trial, they're super convinced whoever killed Ray is on my team. Which means we're going to be in real trouble if I show up on the suspect list again.
But if you guys scatter to different gods for a week, they won't have any way of knowing who went where. And they won't be able to keep saying "I know everyone on that team, so that god has to be innocent!" anymore.
... That might not be a bad idea for everyone else, but enough people know I'm on your team and that I'm not interested in switching that they'd ask questions if I suddenly wound up with my coin tarnished.
