What one person might find obscene or annoying might be different than another person's idea of the word. [Source: people probably find Beauty annoying.] It's truly hard to say.

I guess that's true enough. Everyone's got someone who hates them. And a reason to not just be all happy friends.

The parlor is familiar to me. I used to spend my afternoons in a room similar to this when I was a mortal, so I suppose it's just out of comfort. And after all, you're our guests. What better room to have to entertain guests?
