chuuya considers julius a friend which is why he is so!! frustrated!! by julius' bullshit!! because he knows that julius isn't as bad as he thinks he is and if he's going to do something ludger would hate then don't say it's for your brother, you self-loathing asshole

and also chuuya would genuinely be upset if julius died so like. there's that. but mostly it's about family feelings and also julius being stupid and chuuya also being stupid.
