In the beginning, Ray did like Entrapta well enough. She was weird, and Ray could see why she didn't have a lot of friends back home, but weird isn't a deal-breaker for Ray. He sincerely meant it when he agreed to be friends, and it's also why he fretted when he realized she wasn't eating because he's a mother hen.
At the same time, he was not going to trust her with anything important because she didn't trust him with anything, and Ray is the kind of person who very much needs the other person to make that first step. (It didn't help that the secrets he was keeping weren't his.) He accepted that the bridge was probably burning when Entrapta expressed unease over that, and he also did make sure to warn Senri even before that murder proposal came in.
(Though fun fact: if he'd known that she and Catra killed Fortune—while he would've killed Catra, his friendship with Entrapta meant he wouldn't have killed her. Likewise, when the two came after him, if he had succeeded in killing Catra, he would've let Entrapta walk free.)
And then she targeted him for murder, and it did kind of hurt, before Ray discarded that sentiment because whatever, he's used to people treating him this way. Entrapta had evidently decided to end whatever remotely positive relation they had, so he accepted that.
Afterwards, while he didn't, like, morally condemn her for it because Ray has few morals and has never pretended otherwise, he's also an extremely spiteful person, so yeah, his new life mission was screwing her and Catra over. First because he was worried they were going to kill again (in particular, kill one of his allies), and then because it felt like they were going to get exactly what they wanted for murdering him and, again, spiteful.
Anyway, now that everything's over, he's not... mad, exactly, but Entrapta doesn't care about him and he doesn't care about her anymore, so whatever!!
