Hello everyone! Welcome to the OOC intro for Plasmatio. We've all been chatting on the server, but lord knows it's easy for things to get lost in the shuffle there - so here's a post for making introductions and posting contact information!

Get to know each other, and get ready for Murder. We're very excited to be playing with you!

Hi, I'm Mini! Once again I am playing a dead author because I guess that's my character type now. Please meet Nakahara Chuuya from Bungou to Alchemist, famous poet and walking proof that functional alcoholism is a myth. Also, he's 5'2" as a 30-year-old man and is here to adopt all the kids who may in fact be taller than him, so that's a thing.

(As a side note, Chuuya is someone that anyone with functional knowledge of modern Japanese poets would probably recognize the name of - his stuff is taught in schools, he has a museum, etc. - so by all means recognize him! He'll be pleased you know him.)

apollo is the god of poets and therefore approves and. I would think have a functional knowledge of even japanese poets?? probably?? it's apollo we just don't know

Chuuya would have at least a passing knowledge of Greek mythology because what writer doesn't know Greek mythology (also his contemporary did a reworking of Damon and Pythias and that's definitely less well known than just Apollo Being Apollo), so this will be fun.

Are Bungou to Alchemist and Bungou Stray Dogs the same series I get deathly confused whenever I hear about them help......

Also regretfully Luna is from like post-apocalyptic way the fuck in the future so literature level is debatable. :V

They are not! Basically, Bungou Stray Dogs has characters named after irl Japanese authors who are not intended to be those authors themselves, while Bungou to Alchemist has characters who are supposed to be those authors summoned from the dead.

do you want to hear him recite his poetry anyway

And yes absolutely recite all the poems she is also from a densely philosophical canon so she'll just be over here contemplatively with flowers it'll be great?
