No, never.
But it does come with instructions, so I don't think it'll be too bad.

I can read many languages.
[He starts to examine the pieces.]
I suppose we map out the corresponding pieces and then use the provided materials to adhere them?

[He only has Romanian by default and he wasn't summoned in quite the correct way to pick up the dominant language of where he is.]
That's right. We get to construct it ourselves by using the guide.
