Hm... I don't know if it's new to you, but Senri told me a little bit about an alliance between some of the gods.

...call it nostalgia. This is really fine, Sieg. I mean it.

But about that alliance. What've you heard? Senri's got a big mouth so I'm not surprised, but just checking.

I heard that you, Beauty, Sincerity, Indulgence, and Piety are in an alliance. That if one of you wins, all the followers would benefit.

[divus]

Yeah, that's right. We haven't worked out the whole agreement, but it means all of you in that alliance would get some kind of reward and all of us would be in good standing in the pantheon.

Were the gods in that alliance worried that you wouldn't be in good standing?

[divus]

I think the gods in that alliance just wanted to work together but still benefit from someone winning. Alliances aren't the worst ideas in the world. Too bad we didn't think of them from the start.
