Yes...although I never considered it would become competitive when I suggested involving a third party. I simply thought, without anyone being able to come to terms with one another, the fairest possible way to solve the problem would be to hear the opinions of those we are tasked to watch over.

I should have known that such a simple suggestion would turn into something so dangerous for so many innocent people. There are those within our ranks who can't stop themselves from needing to raise the stakes, if only to prove themselves superior over another.
Because I felt it was my responsibility to do so, when I'm partially to blame for it. Because had I refused, I'd be complicit in allowing a future that would be at best no change from what we already have and at worse, potential devastation depending on who chose to see through with this until the end.

I'd trust the two of them, in return. Fortune is an incredibly bright, incredibly clever, and incredibly big-hearted girl. Merriment only wants to protect those he feels deserve to be protected, and I know he'd always keep an open mind to the thoughts and opinions of others. I'd trust Justice, but only while he has guidance and a hand to hold. I'd trust Love, but I worry the stress and opposition would be hard on her.
Ruin is the one who initially suggested it. She places value in strength and initiative above all else, no matter the cost. I'd say she's the only one who was particularly enthusiastic about the idea, but Cunning supported her, and Disorder and Ambition supported him.
Correct. There lack of proper support of their ideals will only harbor further resentment. I think, ultimately, it will do the opposite of solving our current problems of division among our ranks.
