Stuff for special people. You know...like stuff to remember us by. [...gifts for her favs, basically.] As a thank you for all your help. Is that weird?

You have to help me pick something for Senri then. I have ideas for a lot of people but some I'm undecided on. Ray, Senri...the girls are easy. Sieg-kun. Stuff like that.

Plus if you guys are pushing for a Piety end, we should see what he's like. [Yeah. She's Aware of what's going on.]

Senpai's not the only person I check on from time to time. I picked up on it in passing. [She folds her hands behind her back as they walk.]

…it's okay, Taka-kun. I get it. If…it's really what you guys think is best…I mean that was the point of the contest. Letting you help us pick.

... if everything is balanced, then I hope it means you all can do things that you want, without it leaning too much towards someone else.

It'd be nice, huh? Balance is such a hard thing to manage...have you talked with him much?

I'm not that close to him. But it's not really just my decision, or else I would be rooting for my favorites.

You mean Jack. [It's fine, she's aware.] I still think everybody's opinion matters. The thing is...Senri's play was good for presenting what we represent, but you kind of just hit the head of the nail or whatever that saying is. Some of you know us better than others.

A world could sound good, but the leader's personality is just as important, I think.

[bakaomi]

... mm. He says that he thinks Ambition would make a good leader. But I think she still has a little more growing to do, since she's pretty sensitive.

A lot of us changed a lot, but seven weeks is still pretty short.

I'd agree with that. She's not a bad person, but she's still young. I think she could do a great job but I also don't think she likes me much or cares what I have to say about it. [Shrug.]

Seven weeks together is still longer than we had before the world blew up.

... why are you guys still not getting along?

Well...I know it's not really her fault, but her followers are really screwing things up for mine. Plus a lot of our ideals are a little different. It's not so much about not getting along, it's just we don't really have a reason to. Our personalities don't always gel, you know? I stay out of her way, she stays out of mine.

...but we're both going to be part of this pantheon, so I'm trying to figure things out.

... I told Disorder something similar. That even if you guys don't get along, in the end you're still going to be stuck together.

[ so it's best to try to start and figure things out now than later ]

Well...with what you just told me? I think I have a reason to talk to her anyway.

[To straighten out the Yu thing, at least.]

...for a while we were neck and neck for winning this thing. I don't want her to resent me for that either, but...I still really want to win. Even if I think there are others who could be great leaders like Piety and Ambition, I'm not done playing yet. I'm just not sure the numbers will be high enough, and losing Zoe and Ray during my host week...I wasn't at my best.

Yu-senpai told me he wouldn't swap back to me until the very end, just in case Ambition's followers tried to use Advancement Opportunity on him again. But the others have been really loyal. Ambition's have been, too. I think that's why...we're kind of in the same position. She just got to keep some of hers. I didn't.

[Because two Ambitions killed a Love, and then Guy happened.]

... Mm. It's actually your followers that Senri has problems convincing.

[ there's a pause as he looks away. ]

I want to stay with Merriment until the end, but apparently it's close enough they'd need me, even if we switch to you or someone else instead of Piety. So, I understand why they wouldn't switch.

...I want you guys to be able to make your own choice for who's best. I know Senri's doing it for the wishes, but...you have to think about both sides. All of us.

[...] Have you talked to Jack about this?

I know. I mostly just want to make sure you guys don't blow yourselves up.

... Jack told me to wait until Sunday to talk to him about it.

We already did that once. I'm hoping maybe we learned for once and won't do it again. We're doing better though.

[There's a soft hum.] Makes sense. Waiting until the last minute...I hope you think about it a little before then, at least.

I think we've all been thinking about it, this week especially.

... or at least I hope everyone else has.

I hope so, too, but you know how people are. Everybody gets sidetracked really easily. It's the last week. There's plenty of stuff to get derailed.
