Exactly. [Likewise, her tone's equally full of conviction.] That's why I feel really strongly about it and I'm gonna win no matter what. I'm just hoping we can do this the right way.

...I want to win, but I don't want it to be at the expense of other people. That's what pisses me off about the way this game's going. I get that it's a competition but people shouldn't have to be thrown away just to declare a winner.

And it's hard to tell who's going to pull something when there are so many people here.

People are getting better at hiding their intentions, too, even as people are dropping their guards and getting closer. It's just a bad design all around.

Right. It's not like anyone who was going to kill somebody would go around announcing it beforehand.

...Which alignment could even do that, though? Beauty?

...maybe with Eye of the Beholder? I don't entirely know how Beauty's powers work. That's his domain.

I mean... It isn't rocket science when they're all written down, is it? Or are there things about the powers we don't know?

It's not so much about knowing how the powers work. It's about knowing what you can do with them. Being creative. Finding loopholes. Especially with Beholder, that one's kind of a wildcard.

...Can I ask what the most creative way somebody's used that one, or is it a secret?

Mm...sorry, Zoe. People using their powers has to stay a secret unless they tell you themselves. It's not fair otherwise.

But you're smart. I bet you could brainstorm and then figure out a way to use your own powers for something better.
