Did you know I play guitar? I mean, I'm assuming so since I came here with one, but...

I was hoping that wasn't just for show. [There's a hint of a joke in his tone.] When'd you start learning? Never picked up music myself. Not my skill set.

A few years ago. Probably around when I was twelve or thirteen? But I've just recently started writing my own songs.

[But, hm.]

I bet you could learn if you put your mind to it.

I don't know if that'd be right for me. A little too...[He waves a hand as if he's implying it's a little too weird for him.] But that's kind of cool. Shows some dedication.

I think you probably have more in that department than you realize.
