If there's a tie...the game's extended by a week, but only the tied gods are playing during that time. From there, it's up to the players to choose who they'll follow. The tally at the end of that week will determine the head of the pantheon.
Most likely that, yes. We were all new to the idea of being gods and having a pantheon that we assumed all of our ideas were better than everyone else's. It's been difficult getting all twelve of us to agree on anything.
Recently, and as for the why or if there were gods before us I really don't know. You can ask the others, but none of us really know. It just sort of happened once we accepted the offer.
[There's a light laugh though.] No one has called you stupid, Uchiiha-kun. Not amongst ourselves, anyway.

No. At least not while we're like this. [While they have their powers and aren't vulnerable, they mean.] With time you'll receive answers, but I understand that this must be frustrating for you.
[It's not said unkindly, just sort of thinking it over.] You've been trying very hard within the means you've been given. Though the methods aren't the best and I believe there's much to be learned...your efforts should be recognized, at least.
And for good reason. You don't actually know me. [Shrug.] Likewise, I don't know you outside of what I can see for myself and what others have said about you. My opinion still stands.
Because despite how poorly all of your attempts have been, you haven't actually killed anyone yet and you're using your resources. I find that to be more impressive than brute strength.
