I know for some, regardless of a willingness to listen, it will be difficult to even consider defecting. I can understand that feeling--loyalty is an admirable trait. So long as these choices are made with individuals who are fully informed, I'll feel much less heavy of heart.

I believe most people I've met wouldn't exactly be reluctant, but I will try to encourage them regardless.
