[When Ishikirimaru arrives, the masked god stands from where they'd been sitting beside the fire, gesturing for the much taller individual to join them.]
I'm so glad to hear from you. Please, let's talk.
[The voice is soft and effeminate, with the clear tones of gentle earnestness.]

[When Ishikirimaru enters the fortune-teller's den, Fortune is there, thumbing through a book on reading tea leaves. The sound of his footsteps gets the god to set down the book and stand.]
Hello. I wanted to thank you the offering in person.
[Fortune's voice is high-pitched, feminine, and young-sounding, albeit a little muffled by the ask.]

[Once again, when Ishi enters the study, he’ll find Piety there waiting for him, gently touching the flowers that they’d been brought.]
These are lovely...thank you so much for the offering.

[When Ishikirimaru arrives at the study, although Piety greets him with the same softly-spoken friendliness as always, the way their slight frame is sagged into their chair makes it clear how exhausted the trial's interrogation left them.
It seems even the divine grow weary. Ever the professional, however, they sit up straighter, folding their hands in their lap.]
It's good to see you--how may I help?

[If Ishikirimaru decides to listen to the call, he'll find himself in the game room where Merriment's crouched over a table of building blocks. The drawing that was left as an offering is in front of them, and they seem to be trying to re-create a 3D model of it.]
...you actually listened. [If Merriment sounds surprised, it's because they sort of are.]

[Hi I'm here and I'm ready to die!! And Piety is also here in his study, as usual, though he isn't seated...instead staring idly at their bookshelf, lost in contemplation. After a moment, he turns to face Ishi, somehow melancholic even wearing that mask.]
I'm sorry that we can't exchange good mornings.

[When Ishikirimaru returns to the game room, he'll find that the building Merriment was working on the day before has been finished. He'll also find that Merriment is curled up in a window seat looking outside and patiently waiting. The bouquet's by his feet and Ishikirimaru might notice now that the god's not wearing shoes.]
What's going on? [It's a pensive question, though curious. If it's something important they should really focus on that.]

[When Ishikirimaru enters the armory today, he'll find that there's a tall figure standing at the table where the weapons log is, a bunch of crumpled papers around them as they apparently worked out this cipher.]
Again with the puzzles. [It's an interested tone, both from the cipher and the message itself.] Where'd you get this one?

[When Ishi enters the study, Piety has the charm clasped in his hands, and they're shaking slightly.]
It's too early for you to give me something like this.
[For once, the calmness in his voice has broken, and he sounds more like a child than he has since they first met.]

[Once more, with feeling! Ishikirimaru gets the sense that Piety is hoping to speak with him. When he enters the study, Piety comes right up to him, reaching for his hand.]
I'm so glad...I'm so relieved it really worked out the way we hoped.

[When Ishikirimaru enters the parlor, he'll find that there's a set-up before him. Two chairs are facing one another and in between is a table. There's a teapot and two teacups waiting along with a few plates of little cakes and snacks for noshing. While the room itself has vases of roses, the flowers Ishikirimaru left as an offering are in a small blue vase as a centerpiece.
Beauty, meanwhile, is seated in a high-back chair and extends a hand to the giant sword in greeting.]
Welcome, Ishikirimaru-kun. Would you like to join me? [Polite and gracious, they gesture to the seat on the other side of the table.]

I was...taking a moment to pray.
[When Ishikirimaru enters the armory, he'll find that Cunning is waiting there. This time he has a different sword with him and he seems more comfortable with that one. A bronze, evenly balanced blade cuts through the air.]
You're probably the only person who bothered to show up. [Sup.]

[Ishikirimaru enters the parlor. Indulgence is waiting. He's on top of the piano, hand on his hip.]
Hey.
[The wink is practically palpable.]

[Ion smiles from his usual seat by the fire, eyes as tired as ever. Still, he looks happy and relieved to see Ishikirimaru.]
That song was beautiful.
[Well.
Sincerity is endeared by this origami rabbit. So much so that he just appears in the altar room and scoops it right up out of the bowl.]
So cute! You made this yourself?

Give him a moment to find somewhere nearby to perch.]
...how're you feeling?

You're hurt.
How are you feeling?
H-Hello!
[Justice is always ervous when meeting with new people. Not that he hasn't spoken with Ishikirimaru before, but it's always different to meet with someone in private.]
Come...come in! How can I help you?

You know. I've been around long enough to learn a few things. [Including flower language.]
[He should absolutely refuse an audience right now, but it's Ishikirimaru and it's one of the reasons Cunning says yes.
When he enters the armory, he'll find Cunning in his usual space leaning against the wall and staring at the opposite wall.]
...what is it? [He just sounds exhausted frankly, hello.]

I wish I could give a more enthusiastic greeting...but I know how hard today has been. Please sit with me--how can I help?
[When Ishikirimaru enters the study, he'll find Cunning leaning against a desk, watching him curiously through the mask.]
A proposal, huh? [Hello Ishi.]
