Her tone of voice has that sharp, teeth-clacking sort of hatred behind the too-cheerful cadence that often accompanies her wrath.]
[On the one hand, Kuranosuke probably did her hair once and it turned out fabulous. On the other, who even cares? Regina is basically like her mom, but younger and cooler - and Chloé wants her to like her.
