Quite literally that. "He wouldn’t have chosen to stay with you." [He's eyeing the menu...] And a few other things, but I understand that he's probably hurt so while I don't agree if it helps him process everything, it's alright. In the end I gave him as he asked for.

... if he's upset about it he should probably take it out on me instead of you. He can't say what Senri would or wouldn't have chosen because he's not Senri. Only the rabbit can give those answers.

I believe he wanted to commiserate which is fine. In the end he asked for a photo, so I gave it to him in exchange. Senri's allowed to make his own choices, but he's already troubled enough. I'd rather assist him with other things than continue worrying him.

I'm not saying to go ask him, just... don't listen to Sasuke when he says that. He wouldn't actually know.

Was it the picture of his team?

But yes, it was. Did he show you?

Yeah. He wanted it cause I actually asked to see it... he mentioned it to me on Monday.

He might be coming with us. Sort of.

... but he has stuff to take care of back home. So, he's going to come with us, but he'll go back home, too. I don't know what his plan is after he saves the ninja world or. Whatever. If he's going to stay with us permanently or just go back and forth between the two places whenever he feels like it.

Sasuke-kun has a great deal of responsibility waiting for him. I imagine it will take time for him to feel as though he can truly leave permanently. And he'll have a lot to learn before then, too.

Yeah, so... [ he shrugs ] We'l see how it goes and if he'll actually come, I guess.

...what will you and Senri do in the meantime?

Try to figure out the loose ends. We still need to decide on a god.

[ they've more or less decided, even if now senri's uncertain about piety, but if they can't convince people to go to him they'll need a new plan. ]

Hopefully the weekend goes okay.

Even if we've decided on someone, we still need to get everyone else's opinions, so we'll see. I just want to make sure you guys have a non-shitty leader.

... like I said before, my wish is still achievable back home by winning the top seat. So I'd rather use it for something else here.

...it's a selfless goal, and I find it admirable. Also, I'd prefer a leader who's willing to lead us well but if it were up to me we wouldn't be playing this game in the first place.

So. I understand the complications of other people's opinions. I almost don't envy that position.

He's a bit fickle so I'm hardly surprised. But you tried at least. For that, many of us are grateful.

Do you still feel that way? That it's easier than the other participants.
