I had another question, actually.

I was wondering - what sort of world would you make? Is it the same world no matter what, and we're choosing who rules it...? Or does the victor create their own world?

I want to make a world where everyone is free to be true to themselves. [Sincerity is smiling behind the mask, not that Madoka can see it.] It'll be this world, but... whichever of us wins gets to shape it the way we want.

Will it start over like a blank slate?

[ Because a world that already has this architecture and stuff is... That's not how things work!! Usually!! But who is she to judge!!! ]

Is there a reason that you can't all rule together?

It didn't go so well when we tried to before. [for reference: see the blank slate world] But with someone chosen as the god in charge, we can keep everyone on task.

I work better with a leader, too.

Most people do. I plan on being that leader - I'm a much better choice than some of the others.

Can you tell me what your hesitations are about the others? [ it may be obvious with someone like Ruin, but Madoka is interested in what Sincerity thinks the drawbacks are for gods like Piety and Love. ]

Well, sure. Which ones did you want me to start with? Let's go one or two at a time.

[ Madoka nods. ]

How about... Ambition and Cunning?

[divus]

Hoo boy, those two...

[Sincerity chuckles, letting out a little sigh.]

Maybe Ambition wouldn't be so bad if she had some positive influence in her life. Problem is? She's got none of that, and she only knows how to make herself feel better by tearing other people down. She hangs around Cunning and Disorder all the time, and they're... yikes.

Cunning's hard to get a read on. He's real into Disorder, if you know what I-- [Sincerity suddenly realizes how young Madoka is and clams up.] Uuuuh, I didn't say that. But he's a tricky one. There's, like, two meanings to everything he says. Sometimes three!

Oh...

[ Sincerity must mean... Romance!!!!! Madoka is surprised to hear that Ambition gets along with Disorder. Wouldn't ambitious people want to overcome disorder...? Just how much do these guys live up to their names...? ]

Then what about... Disorder and Ruin?

Scariest women I have ever met. [Sincerity can say that upfront.] I steer as clear from them as I can, because who wants to be stabbed in my sleep? Not this boy!

They've both got major anger issues. Ruin hides it better with a cutesy act, but she's rotten to the core. Disorder could probably use her skills for good if she really wanted to, but I get the feeling she doesn't want to.
