She might be getting more offerings than I am when it comes to the baking side of things. People keep giving me puzzles. They turned out pretty good though.

I'm here for rule two. The Holy Grail I was protecting almost broke and unleashed chaos.

I asked the Chaldea Master to help me stop the mini Holy Grail War happening inside of the Grail. I'm the administrator, but I can't fight and win against 14 Servants on my own.

The cup I had isn't the real grail, it was just a copy. [But he still doesn't like gold cups, so bye forever.]

Hence the reason you threw it into the clouds. [Okay.] So there was a war inside another war. What was so important that that had to happen?

I don't like Holy Grails.

[Anyway.]

If the texture breaks off even a little, the law of physics will change drastically, and the world will be thrown into even more chaos. Earth already disappeared for a year.

...okay who decided that? That sounds really stupid.

Nobody decided it, mages aren't good at seeing future consequences. They leave it for others to deal with.

Sounds like Oracles. [Annoyed...] And there's nothing you can do to change what's already set into motion?

[heartmunculus]

What's an Oracle?

The Chaldea Master and I did stop the turmoil within the grail, it shouldn't break apart anymore. I'm grateful that she heard my plea for help.

An Oracle's a spirit that predicts the future, to make it short and simple. There's a lot more to it including the intricacies of prophecies and whatever, but they deliver messages about what's going to happen in the future and leave everybody else to figure out how to deal with it.

But good on you for not letting things get too destroyed.

So a high level Clairvoyance like Merlin, Solomon and Gilgamesh have. ... They aren't always helpful about it, but I think that's just their personalities.

[Two out of three are highly grating. The other one is erased.]

That's it, yeah. Where we're from, there are also people who are chosen to be the hosts of these Oracles. My mom tried a long time ago. It's a really powerful skill to have.

[Hm.] That's what we're aiming for here, too, technically. Why do you think people will come back to life in the end?

Even though it's not straightforward. [But he nods.] Permanent death means no longer existing. It's why a bunch of us added that clause in when we talked about making this a killing game. You're doing us a favor, so you deserve a second chance.

That's right. Think of this as one hell of a vacation. Not what you expected, but thanks for the memories anyway.

Considering I spend my life asleep, it's... nice to be around people again. Even if we do have a murder every week. [Multi murders]

You might be the only one to share that really unique point of view, man. But it's nice to be around people, sure. A few of you could stand to meet new people anyway. It's not so bad.

They'll come back, it's kinder than the version of this game that I know. And I don't have that many memories to begin with.

[He shakes his head.]

I did. You can think of it like I'm hibernating, waiting for somebody to find me. It's going to take a long time. My sleep isn't a curse or anything along those lines.

...where I'm from, if you die, you're dead. But for some people, you have the choice to come back in rebirth. But it means you lose all your memories and start over. Sound familiar?

[But that's weird.] But what happens if nobody ever finds you?

It sounds like how Heroic Spirits are supposed to work. [When they aren't weird outliers like Rulers or whatever the heck Sieg is anymore.]

I figured you'd get it. Eventually for us, if you die and are reborn and die a hero three times, you get access to ultimate paradise. Kind of stupid to think about now.
