Cool. [Shoving the rest of the burger in his mouth, he gives a closed-lip smile before he gets up and...pulls the hood back up even if he's disgruntled about it. Ugh.] Thanks, turned out better than I thought.

[And so he's up on his feet, heading for the lake.] Lap around the lake. I win, you do something for me. You win, you get another bullet.

[ cunning definitely has the upper hand here considering he

apparently is from a fucking camp that does canoe racing ]

[He's busy dragging out two canoes, finagling them into the water and tossing Taka an oar. In his defense, it's been a while since he's done this, too, and as he lowers himself into the canoe he waits.]

You know you're at an advantage. Ready?

well, once he's certain that he isn't going to immediately fall over ]

[With that, Cunning takes off in his canoe to begin his route around the lake. The advantage here, of course, is that he's wearing a mask and it makes seeing things in his peripheral vision a little harder. He's still doing pretty well and Taka will have to keep up, but he's already halfway across the lake somehow.]

i mean apparently taka is fit??? kind of?? because he apparently piggybacked someone up a whole ass mountain so

he's going after him ]

[He's not as fast as a certain other demigod who's water-based, but he's athletic and can nyoom. Taka's keeping up pretty well though and also I hate that he piggybacked someone up a mountain. Anyway, it's a pretty decent race. Francy gimme heads or tails.]

[Well. Okay. That means somehow Taka wins this stupid canoe race as they get back to shore.]

Huh. [Cunning leans back in his canoe, seemingly looking at the water before he shrugs.] Alright. Fair enough.

[Give him a second and he'll toss another bullet Taka's way. Just one.]

Sure. [He's busy pulling the canoe away from the water and getting everything back to normal.] This wing's disappearing in a few days anyway. Figured I should get some more use out of it before the next host comes in.

Yeah. I've never been to a carnival so Disorder decided it was date night. [Shrug.] Can't say what everybody else's deal was though.

Huh. It would be better as a proper amusement park, probably... the rides are less likely to--

Suck? [He still sounds amused, but he sure does remember the rule.] A proper amusement park could've been cool. There's a lot about her life that I've never gotten to experience in my own. She thinks it's hilarious.
