Like waiting for the other shoe to drop, right? I'm getting that feeling and I hate it. It's going to be close...whatever happens.

I would say the no revenge killing rule will probably stop murders, but...

Without knowing what the punishment is, it might be enough to stall 'em. [He'll just take another taco as they cheerfully talk about murder.] But you see, that's the thing. You all could've gone the whole game without actually killing anybody. It was always optional.

But then the first bloodshed happened and I guess people decided to keep it going. For whatever reason you wanna come up with. I can think of a lot. It's always been a numbers game, too...but I wonder what happens now that the numbers are as low as they are.

... I'm personally hoping everyone decides to take a break and we get to sleep in on Friday, personally.

I know the main thing everyone is trying to figure out is who they're going to back before the final tally.

I got that impression from talking to your boyfriend. I let him talk, it's fine, but no offense to him I'm a little more interested in your opinion on the whole thing.

One of the worried for Ambition is that since her lead spiked so suddenly, we're not really sure how many of those people genuinely want her to win or if they switched to her for something like power usage.

Given she has some of the strongest powers in the game, that's a pretty genuine thing to worry about. [He finishes a second taco and takes a drink before replying.] Do you know who her followers are?

Maybe Entrapta, Catra, Ludger, Hiro, Alex, and Shang, although we're not 100% certain there.

Catra's been with her for a while, so she's probably safe.

[Huh.] Pretty impressive line-up. You have a read on any of the others as far as what their motivations might be?

It was more of a process of elimination at that point.

Entrapta... would probably because of Catra. Senri's been talking to Shang about it, who seems generally undecided. I don't understand Alex at all, we've mostly been having other people talk to him for us since none of us get along with him. I can try talking to Hiro.

That also leaves that Ludger kid. [Good luck finding Hiro Francy he's dead probably.] If they really back her vision, fine, but I don't like the sound of someone being "generally undecided."

We'll keep trying to talk to him and see what happens.

I'm alive which is better than usual. [Hm.] And Guy's still alive, so I'm a little less worried about that. It's been a weird week with the whole "cat who came back" thing.

... it kind of makes the whole thing with Guy last week even more pointless.

[ they kept him under guard but now there's so many known murderers wandering around ]

Tell me about it. You've got, what, five known murderers left alive now? At some point you guys have to learn to live with each other.

That's why the idea of justice is kinda skewed.

... it was kind of bound to happen, especially considering how many deaths we didn't get to solve during trial. People still don't know who killed Bart, too, although that one seems less likely to come out...

Shit, make that six. [He shakes his head.] That's the thing about justice and "doing the right thing" sometimes. Depending on what reason you tell everybody, you're either regarded as a hero, or a villain, even if it's the same thing. Look at what happened to Guy versus how people are treating Sasuke.

... mm. Luke outing him didn't help Guy either, since people feeling bad for Luke's position in it all painted Guy in a more negative light.

[ kind of similar to how people seem more forgiving of sasuke than ishi ]

Can we make it a ground rule to stop using the other guy's name? It's weird. [But anyway.] But yeah, can't disagree with that. In the end people will believe what they wanna believe even if murder's still murder.

But we still have a few more days. If you guys can keep it together until then...we'll see what the final outcome can be.
