... I didn't mean to get your hopes up - but I wasn't lying either. I've been trying all week to get more people to talk to you, and I was hoping that I'd be able to join you at the end.

It's not your fault that they're stubborn - but I guess the whole point of the competition is that you can't win everyone over, right? I thought I could still try to convince them at the beginning of the week but... they're just not listening to me anymore, Bambi.

Oh - yeah. Last time I just walked in on I caught Tama-chin in the middle of a nap, so I thought I'd be more careful this time...

[he's trying to learn]

Can I run some game plan ideas by you, Cheri?

Go for it, I'm all ears.

Fiiiirst - Ogou-san told me that there's an alliance in the works between you, Beauty, Indulgence, Piety, and Cunning! I don't... really know what that means? He told me that if one of you wins, all the followers might see some kind of benefit.

How big of a benefit are we talking? Do you know? Passhi is the one who gave him the info - so I dunno if you were privy....

But since the alliance isn't one that I helped make, I guess I'm wondering how they work in the first place.

Oh, that? Well... we all negotiated our own terms. In my case, I agreed that if I won, I'd make sure that the followers of the other gods in the alliance would get something at the end. It won't be like, the wishes they'd have gotten if they'd won - we can only do that for the people on the winning team - but they'll be guaranteed to get something.

In exchange, I want them to do the same for any of my followers.

[usogi]

[senri taps his chin]

... I know you said it's not exact....

But like - compare that to Bambi, who wants to grant small wishes for everyone outside of her team. Those wishes just wouldn't be as big as the ones that you'd grant if they were for people on fewer teams, right?

I guess... well, we'll see how tomorrow goes - but people should probably know what they're in for, depending on which team they want to support, you know? Sieg-kun wanted me to ask what it'd look like too.

I mean, that depends. If we leave some of the others out, then yeah, we'll be able to make the ones we do grant a little bigger. On the other hand, if whoever wins has a huge lead, then there are less people not on the winning team, so we can make them bigger by default because there's not as many of them to do.

That makes sense, right?

...also, wait, seriously? She said she'd grant wishes for everyone? I wouldn't have guessed that at the beginning of all this.

Isn't Bambi great? [HE'S SO FOND, REALLY GLAD I GET TO SLAM YOU WITH THIS TWICE OVER] I think she's really grown a lot... and I'm just trying to get people to give her a chance. Even the fact that she's trying to do this is really important.

... but well, if I can't....

That's the issue, I guess.

You know I think it's kind of funny... a lot of people are giving up on their wishes, Cheri.

WEEK 7, SUNDAY

[It's a casual Sunday when Senri lets himself into Tamaki's room. He's dressed down but at least he's awake, Antoinette at his feet as he sits on his bed and seems to be reading a book. Upon Senri's arrival though he looks up and smiles again.]

Good morning.

[usogi]

[tamaki will probably almost smell senri's arrival ahead of him actually walking in - because when he nudges the door open, it's when he's carrying a tray of food. a stack of waffles, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with strawberries cut into the shape of hearts, banana slices, and berries. but he also seems to have made two sunny-side up eggs, a few strips of bacon, and he's included two mugs of instant coffee.

they're all a little imperfect and not quite restaurant quality, definitely identifiable as homemade, but they probably smell good altogether regardless

senri's humming a happy note - he's very pleased with himself. he's also dressed down in casual clothes and it's some miracle that he's not still wearing the apron.]

Good morning. ♪ Nito Senri's Special Homemade Breakfast for Recovering Gods personally delivered! Is it time for a lazy Sunday breakfast in bed, Tama-chin?

[ . . . well, whatever lingering oddness there might've been yesterday. he seems pretty content to cover it up for the time being]

[Antoinette smells it first and barks at Senri, tail wagging hopefully thanks to the scent of bacon. Tamaki, however, blinks in surprise as he sets aside the book and watches him for a moment.]

I think so, yes. [This isn't exactly what he expected because this is kind of over the top, but also, he's pleased with it. He sits up a little better to get a good look at the tray.] You've been busy this morning. It looks delicious.

Good morning, beautiful perfect An-chan! ♥

[HIM LOVE DOG

but Senri is just laughing as he approaches then - the tray has legs so that it can hover over someone's lap once it's set down on the bed]

Well... you know, I don't think I'll ever be able to match what you must be used to eating. I'm not a chef or anything... so I thought the least I could do is bring you what you asked for and make it a little cute. Did I do well?

[and he'll bring the tray over on tamaki's lap, moving to sit on the bed next to him as he shamelessly fishes for praise]

[Antoinette was her tail and Tamaki smiles again. As the tray is brought over, he looks at the meal before looking at Senri who's joined him. ]

You did incredibly well, Little Rabbit. It never needed to be fancy but it is incredibly cute. Are we sharing?

.... can you eat all of this by yourself....?

[hE THOUGHT IT WAS A GIVEN THAT THEY'D SHARE]

Mm, if you can, I'll go and make something else for me real quick...!

Of course not! But I wanted to be sure. [He'll just be an actual heathen and pick up a piece of bacon with his fingers.]

[and senri just laughs then, easily settling himself next to tamaki as opposed to nearly dashing off again]

Yeah! Let's share a breakfast, but I insist that you eat as much as you want. You had a long day yesterday, you know?

[it's ok about the bacon, senri brought utensils and napkins...]
