[When Mizuki arrives, the masked god appears to be seated in the parlor, head propped up with a hand and right leg crossed over their left at the knee. There's a chair directly across from theirs, and the god holds out a palm in welcome.]
Welcome, Mizuki-chan. [The drink that Mizuki's created as an offering is also on a table before them, along with a second glass and a few small snacks.] Forgive me, I wasn't sure what would be most suited to your tastes.
[ Mizuki breathes out a little laugh, raising an eyebrow. ]
Mizuki-chan is a bit much for someone my age, don't you think? [ it sets them on edge almost immediately, actually. They play along and sit down, but don't move to take anything. ] It's all right. I wanted to ask you some questions. Is that okay?
[When Mizuki enters the parlor they will find Beauty sitting on a small couch. There's a chair should Mizuki wish to sit, but the flowers they brought are in Beauty's hand.]
[ when they walk in, they stretch their arms over their head with a groan, then sigh tiredly, walking over to take a seat in the chair provided. A lot has happened in the week since they first spoke; Mizuki is more amenable to Beauty's story, now, and the reality of where they are. They seem far more open than they had been last Saturday. ]
Mmm... Tired. I worked pretty hard. This had better all be worth it in the end, Beauty-kun.
[Mizuki will find that as they enter the dance studio, Love is busy dragging some chairs across the floor to set up. It seems they're a little unprepared because with the additional footsteps they jump in surprise.]
Ioti-san! [The voice is most definitely feminine and they're quick to put the chairs face to face, hands folding behind their back.] I never would have pegged you for a cookie person.
[It's a teasing tone, too. Lucky them.] Come on in. There's not a ton of furniture in here and I didn't think you'd want to sit on the floor, so...? [Chairs it is.]
[When Mizuki enters the parlor, it's perhaps a little strange to see that Beauty doesn't have a set-up of tea or snacks or anything like that. Instead, he's seated at the piano and he seems to be working on taking his mind off of things. Instead, he seems to be brooding a little, the song Mizuki heard filtering from the piano as he plays. The flowers are in a small vase (where does he keep getting vases, we don't know) on the piano lid, and he doesn't speak as Mizuki approaches.]
...Mizuki-san. [Quiet, but still welcoming. Hello, please come in, etc.]

[ he's a god, he can make vases. Mizuki could enter sheepishly and beg for forgiveness, but they're not really the type - they're aware things didn't exactly go swimmingly, and they'll just have to endure whatever the punishment for that will be. So they wander over, hands crossed behind their back innocently. ]
[ why do so many weirdos hang out in here, what the shit. Not that Mizuki looks outwardly fazed by this. Actually, they look pleased that Indulgence actually drank their cocktail. Beauty is not a very rebellious youth... ]
Creme de cassis, framboise, and a little mint. Nothing too extravagant. I didn't really know your tastes, after all. [ although, come to think of it, the more extravagant the better when it comes to a literal god of indulgence. Oh well. ] So you're Indulgence-san, huh...? I guess you already know about me.
[Where's Mizuki? Does it matter? It might matter because the moment they're alone they'll find one (1) overexcited god suddenly bolting right for them.]
[ okay, they super aren't expecting this - they're just out in the halls in the temple somewhere, and Beauty absolutely catches them off guard for once. It sort of feels like he's going to barrel into them, so Mizuki holds their hands out a little defensively just in case they need to catch him. ]
-- B-Beauty-kun?! What are you doing out in the temple? I thought Fortune-san and Disorder-san were the ones on duty this week...
[When Mizuki enters the parlor, he'll find that Beauty--Tamaki's sitting on the floor in front of a couch. He's not in his goodly cloaks and instead it's design jeans and a really nice t-shirt and socks. Why isn't he wearing shoes? Who cares. The stuffed toy is in his lap and he's busy playing with its paws, though upon hearing Mizuki walk in he immediately gets to his feet.]
Mizuki-san…[…still holding the dog, thanks. He doesn't quite know what to say though.]
[ oh, he's wearing normal clothes! And looking so dapper, too. They were expecting him to be down in the dumps - it's part of why they went to see him, if they're being honest with themself. They make their usual smile when they enter, gently closing the door behind them. ]
Hi, Tamaki-kun. [ Mizuki quietly walks over, pausing for a half-second before deciding to sit down on the floor next to him. ] I like the outfit. Except for this part.
[ they gesture at his frowning face, expression playful, but apologetic. ]
[Tamaki's still quiet when Mizuki enters the parlor, but he's set up a table for tea for the two of them as he waits for them to arrive. The wildflowers are today's centerpiece and he looks a little starryeyed thanks to them.]
The color's lovely. [Please have a seat.]

[ they say with dramatic flair as they enter. (They did not fight a dragon.) But they're quick to smile playfully, taking a seat across from him, as usual. ]
Good morning, Tamaki-kun. I'm still shocked nobody joined you... There's no accounting for taste.
[When Mizuki arrives in the costume hall, he'll find Sincerity sitting in a chair there. (The chair looks like it's been "borrowed" from the parlor.) The god has the tulip tucked behind one ear of the mask. Cute.]
[He gives them space for a time to attend to other matters, but not long after the trial and when the time is right, Tamaki summons Mizuki to the parlor.]
[ they probably look more tired tonight than he's ever seen them - even so, when they see his face, their expression softens before they realize it. Ishikirimaru is complicated, Majima is complicated -- everyone is complicated, but Tamaki is Tamaki, and their heart feels at ease just being here. ]
I always have time for you, Tamaki-kun.
[ Mizuki can produce a smile if it's for him. They walk over, looking faintly apologetic. ]
Sorry. I might have done something you won't like.
[When Mizuki arrives in the west wing, they'll find that Love is waiting for them at the shrine seated on a bench just past the first archway with the fox curled at her feet. The fox doesn't seem to mind too much, but the truffle's nowhere in sight.]
Raspberry was a nice touch, Mizuki-san. Thanks. [Please sit down.]
[Well, that worked. That worked because Mizuki's thoughts reach Tamaki and when they enter the parlor they'll find him seated on the couch.
They'll also find a golden retriever at his feet, woofing happily as she wags her tail. Granted, Tamaki looks like he'd likely do the same if he could as Mizuki approaches, but details.]
-- It really worked! Wow, it's like magic! Wait, I guess it is magic.
[ they look like they're in pretty good spirits, and tickled by the fact that just thinking hard enough actually worked. ]
I promised you I'd come see you again, didn't I? There's no way I wouldn't follow through on a date with Tamaki-kun. [ Mizuki wanders over to the couch, too, although they seem slightly perplexed by the dog. ] Who's your new friend?
[The bouquet is very sweet, actually, and it's why Tamaki's still holding it when he's standing in front of a window in the parlor and staring down into the courtyard. His god cloaks are gone as usual when they see Mizuki, and Tamaki finds himself dressed down with his mask tied to his hip. His hair's a little mussed as though he just woke up, but he looks over his shoulder as Mizuki shuts the door.]
They're beautiful, Mizuki-san. [He's pleased even if the words are quiet and sort of soft.] Thank you.
[ he does seem subdued, compared to his usual self. Mizuki, on the other hand, seems completely fine. They'd been expecting a rough night last night, and were prepared to lose everything - but, somehow, things worked out, both with Majima and with a few other things, too. The smile they return is as gentle and fond as ever. ]

[ a playful response as they link their hands behind their back and wander over to stand beside him. There are some things to discuss, as ever, but... ]
[Instead of the armory, Mizuki will find themselves walking into the study where Cunning is seated in a chair. The sushi's also there, but part of it's gone so at least it seems he tried eating it before deciding a meeting was more important. He's leaning back in his chair, head tilted back toward the ceiling, but he looks down when he senses them.]
I'm still trying to get used to the sushi thing, but these are a little better than rice balls. [Hi Mizuki.] Figured this would be better than the armory.
[ they don't know what he's interested in outside of fighting, and they weren't about to drop a knife in the bowl and give him the wrong idea. ]
To be honest, I don't like sushi much either, actually. I'm not big on seafood. But I've always been the oddball for that. [ after a beat, Mizuki gives him a little polite bow. ] Good afternoon, Cunning-san.
[The ribbon is held carefully in his hands when Mizuki enters the parlor and finds Tamaki seated on the couch. There are two cups of tea on the table and Antoinette curled up at his feet, but he smiles when they enter.]
[ they gotta take a break from the discussion sometime - and they want his opinions, too. Mizuki comes in, giving him a small, friendly wave as they walk over to take a seat beside him. ]
