[The flowers are a very cute touch and by the time Yu arrives to the studio he'll find a masked figure seated on the floor holding the bundle almost lovingly in their hands. He can't see their face or anything, but there's a bright sort of energy radiating from them.]

[This time, Love is in the middle of what appears to be a practiced little movement. This is a dance studio, after all, but upon hearing footsteps they stop to look at Yu. The paper flower's been tucked into their cloak that covers them, safe and protected.]

[When Yu enters the dance studio, it's fairly quiet and it actually looks like Love isn't there? Upon a closer look though he'll find that they're seated in the same corner that once held a pile of blankets and pillows. Their head is bowed and their posture tense, unsettled and unhappy but still keeping their tone light when they speak.]

[When Yu enters the room, he'll find Love standing with their back to the door, hands folded behind their back and staring at the wall instead. The paper has been folded into an albeit-clumsy attempt at a flower.]

[When Yu enters the parlor, he'll find that there's a table set for two with two cups of tea, little plates, and snacks...shaped like cats. There's a vase of fresh roses on the table and Beauty sits in a chair facing the door, right leg over his left knee and the rose petal offering between their fingers. It's careful, something as to not crush the petal, and upon seeing Yu they tilt their head gently.]

[When he enters the private study, Piety is sitting at their chair by the fireplace, the offering seated on their lap with their hands placed neatly on either side of it.]

[Merriment doesn't look too merry when Yu returns to the west wing, but that could be because they're wearing a mask. The piece of wood is being passed back and forth between their hands as they sit on a low ledge of one of the houses in the village, and when they speak the tone's incredulous.]

[So Yu knows where the trapdoor is, thanks to Guy. When he pulls the rug back, it's still there, and it's still locked tightly shut - the crystal ball on the nearby table sits there, shimmering faintly, and incense wafts through the air.

[For once, Love is not in the studio. She's actually just going to appear at the lake in the east wing, a picnic blanket beneath her and the bento in front of her. There's also a matching one for Yu.]
